What is it?

Introducing our patent pending concrete washout basins after two years in the making. This turn-key system is the only one of its kind. The basins are reusable, and the washout is 100% recyclable.

The concrete washout process

  1. Give us a call and we deliver the basin before your concrete pour.
  2. Concrete and pump trucks use the basin to wash their chutes or hoppers out before getting back on the road.
  3. The leak proof basin contains all concrete and wash water, preventing harmful pH levels from entering into our waterways.
  4. Upon completion of the project we come remove the basin. Then the hardened concrete is crushed and reused for road base as a substitute for limestone.
  5. We have on-board scales on our specialized equipment to maintain proper records for Green Building and LEED credits.
  6. We keep you in compliance with EPA, SWPPP, LEED, and NPDES to save you time and money.
